Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the website, click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked a few details in order to process your order.
You can pay by debit card, credit card or PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, you may place your order and your credit card company will than convert the transaction from £GBP into your own currency.
If you prefer to order by telephone, do not use the online payment method, just call us and we will process your order for you.
We charge shipping based on weight starting from £3.00, we will always endeavouring to source the cheaper and more efficient ways to ship our products to our customers. Currently we are only able to calculate shipping to uk destinations automatically. If you live outside uk mainland please email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping costs.
We aim to despatch all items within 48 hours of your order being received by us. For uk deliveries, you will normally receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and give you the option to either cancel the order or refund your payment, or if you preferred you can wait until the item is back in stock.
V.A.T is charged for orders made from the UK or the European Union at the rate of 20%. This dose not apply to helmets as they are zero rated items.
All payment will be processed by using sage payment gateway and paypal which is a safe and secure way of making payments.
SkyTeam Parts do not disclose any information given by customer to third parties.
Any item being returned, other then faulty goods may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please check with us before returning any item. An additional postage cost will be charged if replacement is required. Helmets and special order items are non returnable.

When returning an item please ensure that all items are adequately packaged in the original packaging. The company takes no responsibility for any damaged to items that are not packaged adequately and damaged in transit.
